The Process
Exquisite Roofing & Exteriors is committed to carrying out every project with the utmost integrity, unparalleled service, and the absolute highest level of quality workmanship. Understanding what your project will entail can help make the process go even smoother and improve the experience for everyone involved.
Step 1: Planning and Preparation
Please clear a spot in your driveway so that your new roofing material may be delivered and unloaded easily and stored safely out of the way of your vehicles.
Roofing installations and exterior remodels both cause vibrations, so make sure that you remove pictures and loose items from your walls and protect your ceiling fixtures.
Cover all outdoor furniture, etc.
For all safety purposes, please keep all children and pets indoors while we’re working on your project.
At Exquisite Roofing & Exteriors, we thoroughly clean your property throughout the duration of the job of any debris.
Step 2: Delivery of Materials
1-2 days before your roofing project is to begin, the roofing material will be delivered to your home. In most instances, the material is unloaded safely and securely in the driveway.
Step 3: Project Start
On the scheduled day and time, our crew will arrive at your property and start the remodeling or roofing installation process. While it’s not a requirement, we recommend that you be home while we are working on your home. Of course, if you must leave your home for any reason, rest assured that we’ll continue to uphold our commitment and integrity.
Step 4: Exterior Site Management
Our crews always clean as they work, striving to keep the workspace and your property as tidy and safe as possible throughout the project. Once the remodel or installation is complete, we complete the following checklist:
- We’ll comb through your property using a nail magnet to pick up any leftover debris.
- Exquisite will assist in moving any items that were moved for the construction back to their original spots.
Step 5: Satisfaction
When we’re finished with the construction and cleanup process, we will perform a complete and thorough walk-through with you to make sure all expectations have been met, and that you are no less than 100% satisfied with our work. Our customers fill & sign a sign-off sheet at the end of each completed project.

Because Exquisite wants to provide our clients with the best materials, we exclusively use CertainTeed shingles during our installation projects.
